Body Map Assessment

The "Body Map Assessment" has you looking at how you move and exist in the world with regards to your physical capacity and presence/ levels of pain (if any).

Following the questions below, score yourself according to the scale and your tally will be calculated. The resulting recommendations will be highlighted for you so you can make an informed choice as to which products, program and/or which level of activity will best suit.

CST is a Health First System. We acknowledge that most people are driven by aesthetics initially when it comes to exercising. We are also well aware that some people just need to be able to function at a pain free level or desire to enjoy life again without the need to therapy sessions or medication to enjoy the things they love.

CST AUS believes and knows this is possible!

CST system offers a lot; so jumping with what looks fun or is currently the most popular program MAY NOT be the most suitable program for you right now.

Do your own assessment here and we can then guide you as to which program and/or which type of trainer/ coach will best suit you right know considering your current physical situation.

Experience and knowledge do not have much to do with what your body NEEDS. We want you looking at this as the life change in regaining mobility-releasing painful physical restrictions and opening a body that is functional and energetic… medication free and pain free.

We want you to experience physical movement or therapy as a choice or a pleasurable experience rather than a necessity to get through the day-week-month.
