DELIVERY POLICY
- Australia: Please allow between 2 to 9 working days depending on proximity to Sydney.
- International: Please allow 10 to 14 working days for delivery depending on proximity to Australia.
Delivery is by the freight service selected by the customer except in extreme circumstances where a more appropriate method can be found for speedy and reliable delivery.
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
It is our policy to issue refunds as a final conciliation for faulty goods or services.
Should a customer wish to return a product due to manufacturing fault, the item is to be returned to 52 The Avenue, Maryville 2293, NSW for assessment prior to arrangements for replacement or refund.
If the damage/fault is deemed to be caused by the manufacturing process, the customer will be offered a replacement product including free freight/postage, or any other product/service to the same value.
Should the customer refuse the offer of other products/services a full refund for the paid price of the product will be arranged. We are not obliged to refund any freight costs for the initial delivery of the goods received. However, any costs incurred to return items to us for assessment will be refunded should the goods be found to be faulty, upon verification from the customer (e.g. Australia Post receipt for packaging and postage).
All refunds are processed through the Accounts department and must be approved by the Managing Director.

By using our equipment the user accepts full responsibility for all risks and injury and waives any right to themselves, their heirs, their executors or any part to hold the manufacturer or its representatives responsible for any direct or indirect damages whatsoever caused by use of this equipment. Only use CST Australia products in a safe clear area on a flat dry surface. Children must not play on this equipment unattended. Consult a physician before starting this or any exercise program.

RETURN POLICY
Every item sold by CST Australia is unconditionally guaranteed free of faults.
If for any reason you should find our products unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 60 days (excluding DVDs, videos, books and courses). Before returning any product, please call customer service at 1300 792 300 for a return authorization (RA) number. No product will be accepted without a RA number. With the exception of shipping errors, refunds or credits will not be issued for shipping charges. Goods must be in as new condition with all packaging and instructions. It is your responsibility for return freight charges. Remember abuse or misuse may void your product warranty.
What if I want to make a return, but have lost my return authorization number?
If you have misplaced your return instructions and required RA number, please call 1300 792 300 weekdays from 8.30 am to 5 pm to talk with AOK Customer Service Staff.
