CST Head Coach
Minimum Physical Competency Expectations:
Intu-Flow® to level of Master (clover leaves).
Responsibilities and Opportunities:
A CST Head Coach is expected to have mastered the entire 3DPP, and is able to apply that template to skills and disciplines outside of their individual background.
At Head Coach level we're also working to help you solidify the niche you discovered in your “personal branding story,” and to take that branding to much bigger places.
The Head Coaching title comes with increased responsibility. HC’s are responsible for maintaining a regular forum presence, and for mentoring CST Instructors and Coaches.
Head Coaches are also responsible for presenting modules at the IC seminars at the request of the Faculty. When Head Coaches present at IC seminars, they’re representing RMAX rather than themselves. Presenting at these seminars is not work or volunteering; it’s expected as part of your development as a teacher and a coach.
Finally, Head Coaches are responsible for participating in specific projects and tasks at the request and direction of the RMAX Faculty (including research on such things as an integrated RMAX marketing strategy, instructor development seminars, etc). They are required to present their results to the Faculty for consideration and for possible further action.
Head Coaches must stay in regular contact with the Faculty coaches and with RMAX. If you’re going to drop off the radar for travel, family responsibilities, your studies, etc that’s completely understandable, but you’re responsible for letting us know. This should take the form of regular updates on the Head Coach forum, but special allowance will also be made for those HC’s who are working in close cooperation with one or more Faculty coaches.
Head Coaches are able to teach any of the classes that they’ve been instructed in, and to create their own classes and seminars. Head Coaches are not licensed to conduct certifications of any kind.
Head Coaches are able to create products with the written permission of RMAX and with a Faculty member’s supervision. All projects, whether by Head Coaches, Faculty or Coach Sonnon, must be proposed to and approved by Corporate. There are no exceptions. Obtaining this stamp of approval is the first step. Head Coaches must work on their projects in close consultation with a Faculty Coach. It is the Faculty Coach’s job to oversee the project, to ensure that it remains true to the principles and Doctrine of CST, and that it embodies our health-first outlook. It is the Head Coach’s job to keep the Faculty member updated concerning their project, and to ask questions and seek advice. The Faculty advisor’s name does not appear on the finished product, and they get no royalties for taking on this mentoring role (unless the project is a collaboration or co-authorship).
